Our salon operates by appointment only. We ask that, should you need to cancel, you give us as much notice as possible to rebook your appointment time. The less time we have to do that, the less likely it is for us to recoup the revenue. Nobody likes upholding it, including us, but it is necessary to protect the livelihood of our employees.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please expect a fee equal to 50% of your service. A no call/no show will result in the client being responsible to pay 100% for the service.
A credit card will be required to be on file in order to book a future appointment.
